Pet Insurance

If your animal is insured, you may be able claim for some or all of the treatment given.

Many insurance companies request that they are informed in advance if your regular vet intends to refer your pet.

We ask that you settle your account, in full, on the day of your pets discharge. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card (sorry, no Amex). To be reimbursed by your insurance company, please bring a completed claim form with you and leave with our reception staff.

Filling in the form

Please read through the form and ensure that ALL policyholder sections are completed.

Details of illness / injury - if you do not know the diagnosis, describe the symptoms of your pets illness, eg lameness, vomiting.

Previous vets – fill this in with your usual veterinary practice.

Please sign the form where indicated – some forms require a signature on both sides.

Please note that we are not permitted to complete any of your form for you. Incomplete forms will delay the claim being processed.

We will try where possible to send off your claim within 24 hours of discharge.
