Your pet’s stay with us
Nursing
During your pet’s stay with us, they will be looked after by a our dedicated team of vets and fully qualified nurses in modern air-conditioned, under-floor warmed wards that have the most modern surfaces to minimise the risk of communicable disease.
The centre is staffed 24 hours a day and owners can rest assured that there will be a veterinary surgeon in the centre caring for patients at all times.
Please notify our nursing staff if your pet has any special dietary requirements and especially if they have any kind of food allergy.
Dogs are exercised several times each day in the surrounding 6 acres of paddocks.
Communication
If your pet is hospitalised with us for more than 1 day we will usually contact you twice a day to keep you up to date with your pet’s progress, normally this will be:
• between 8am and 9am in the morning and,
• after 6.30 pm in the evening.
Please ensure you provide us with a telephone number where we can contact you at these times.
Your are welcome to telephone to find out how your pet is at any other time, but please remember that the specialist may not always be available to speak to you personally.
Visiting
If you would like to visit your pet during its stay with us, please notify so that we can arrange a quiet time for you to see them.
