I trained in general practice in Cambridge and joined DWR shortly after qualifying in 2007.

After initially working as a night nurse, I moved to the Internal Medicine Department in 2008 where I have worked ever since. I have particular interests in critical care and emergency nursing as well as helping to co-ordinate our oncology out-patient clinic.

I own five cats named Harry, Sally, Eddie, Louis and George. My hobbies include dog walking, spending time with family and friends and reading.

Helen Harding: Administration

Hi I'm Helen, one of the receptionist at Dick White Referrals.

I joined Dick White Referrals in April 2004 having previously worked at a local general practice veterinary surgery. I have two German Shepherds, Chloe and Lincoln and a Cocker Spaniel called Maisey, as well as two cats, Tommy and Luigi. In my spare time I attend a local dog training club and have a keen interest in dog training and psychology. I also enjoy spending time with my family.

Helen Reeve: Administration

My name is Helen Reeve and I am one of the Receptionists.

I nursed in Small Animal Practice for 17 Years before joining DWR in Jan 2009.

I have a Border Terrier, who I enjoy taking for long walks in the Countryside.

I am a big Border Terrier fan and also have a soft spot for German Shepherds and Labradors.

I love to travel all over the world and to Ski in the winter. I passed my Motorbike licence last year and am looking forward to a trip across India in November.

Holly Westlake: Administration

Hello, my name is Holly. I am one of the receptionists here at Dick White Referrals.

After leaving school I completed a National Diploma in Animal Management at the College of West Anglia. I then worked at a general practice as an auxiliary nurse for 5 years before starting at DWR in March 2010.

I have a menagerie of pets; Two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels called Gracie and Roxy, six cats (most of which were rescued) called Lerch, Phoebe, Alfie, Lily, Paolo and Henry, plus tropical and pond fish.

Jude Jenkins: Reception Manager

My name is Judith Jenkins. I joined Dick White Referrals as Reception Manager in November 2010, after many years in banking. One of the most rewarding aspects about my job is helping to reassure worried owners when they arrive and to see them leave with their healthy pets following treatment.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two grown up sons and five grandchildren.

Lizzie Morley: Administration

Hi I'm Lizzie, one of the team of receptionists at Dick White Referrals. I joined DWR in December 2008 with enthusiasm and understanding of working within a caring team environment. My previous work has been reception and administration based over the past 20 years.

My zest for life is down to my dear friend 'Bling' who is pictured with me who I love spending time with.

I like to swim and have a keen interest in horses.

Nadine Raby: Administration

Hello, my name is Nadine and I am one of the receptionists at DWR.

Before joining DWR in 2007? I completed a first Diploma in Animal Care at the College of West Anglia and then worked in a practice in Cambridge as a nurse and then administrator for over 10 years.

I have three English Bull Terriers called Wombat, Roxy and Humbug and a ferret called Uno.

Penny Rothoff-Rook: Administration

As a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse I have worked in both general mixed practice and a Specialist Referral Centre. Before joining DWR I gained retail experience buying and selling in a local Countryware and Equine Store.

In my spare time I enjoy gardening, riding horses spending quality time with my dogs and visiting the coast

Sophie Holtaway: Administration

Hi I'm Sophie and work as part of the Reception Team here at DWR

I joined DWR in May 2011, previously I studied hairdressing and worked in a Salon for over 6 years ,therefore excellent customer service is very important to me.

I have a keen interest in reading and enjoy socializing with my family and friends, also spending time with my 5 cats, Ruby, Bushki, Archie, Oscar and Pumpkin.
