Job Title: Client Care Team Associate

Reports to: Client Care Team Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic professional to join our vibrant Client Care Team, working in our busy, purpose-built specialist veterinary hospital. The position will involve Reception, Administration, Claims and Telephony/Switchboard duties.
You will have a passion and drive for delivering outstanding client and patient care, will be an excellent communicator and highly organised. You will be a team player who enjoys working in a supportive working environment whilst also being able to use your initiative and challenge the status quo.
You will be IT literate and have a good understanding of accounts and handling money. Veterinary experience would be advantageous but is not necessary as full training will be provided.
This is a full time position, working a 40-hour week between the hours of 08:00 and 19:00, Wednesday to Sunday.
