When we expanded our premises in 2013, roughly doubling the floor space available to us, we wondered at first how we would fill it all! Needless to say, that took very little time to achieve. With our increasing caseload and therefore number of employees. We were soon using every inch of that new space.
Now, nearly 5 years on and with around 260 employees responsible for the care of over 5,000 patients each year, we are once again needing to expand our facilities.
Having spent the past year working closely with architects and other advisers, we are delighted to announce that we have received planning permission for work to commence in the New Year on new buildings. As well as expanding our clinical areas, we will be upgrading the Reception area to provide an improved experience for clients visiting us.
In order to ensure that our working conditions are the best possible, we are inviting all those who work at DWR to contribute ideas. The plans already include a new canteen for employees and break-out areas for colleagues to meet and relax.
