Job Summary:

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our vibrant Client Care Team, working in our busy, purpose-built specialist veterinary centre. The position will involve Reception, Administration, Claims and Telephony/Switchboard duties.

This is a full time position, working a 40-hour week working 8 hour shifts between the hours of 08:00 and 22:00 Tuesday to Saturday.

Successful Candidate:

Members of the Client Care Team are the face and voice of DWR.  They are the first people to whom our referring vets speak and they are the welcoming faces for our clients. They must be a professional, confident and sensitive communicator, with a calm and positive nature and be able to deal with a busy, fast-paced workplace. They need to be comfortable discussing financial matters with clients, able to offer emotional support in sensitive situations and communicate with many different people in a variety of scenarios.

The successful candidate will have a passion and drive for delivering outstanding client and patient care, will be highly organised, will be a team player who enjoys working in a supportive working environment and able to work on their own initiative and challenge the status quo.

IT literacy and a good understanding of accounts and handling money are essential. Experience in a veterinary environment would be advantageous but is not necessary as full training will be provided.
