We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced maternity cover Executive Assistant to the Clinical Director, with a possibility of this becoming a permanent position, a role which also provides administrative assistance to the DWR Partners and the Operations Director to drive forward a progressive and engaging management programme that will ensure excellence in care for our expanding colleague team.
Dick White Referrals is one of the UK’s leading veterinary specialist centres that provides secondary and tertiary referral-only specialist veterinary care for dogs and cats across the south and east of England. We have over 300 colleagues working in dedicated purpose-built facilities with a further significant expansion of our buildings currently underway.

We are looking for a colleague with a proven track record as an EA in a customer-facing organisation delivering excellent administrative support who has experience in supporting senior managers in a complex environment with professional stakeholders. Experience in the health care or veterinary sector is desirable but not essential. IT literacy and organisational skills are essential, as is the ability to multi-task and manage time and workload effectively. We need a confident, enthusiastic and friendly team player and an effective communicator with high emotional intelligence who is able to build rapport quickly.
