We are seeking a part time Insurance Claims Processor/Client Account Administrator, with good IT and numeracy skills, to join our friendly and busy Finance Department.

Key responsibilities to include, but not limited to;

  • Insurance claim administration
    • Completing and submitting claims manually and electronically
    • Resolving queries from insurance companies and clients
    • Liaising with colleagues where necessary
  • Regularly chase outstanding claims with Insurance companies
  • Maintain correct records and all required paperwork
  • Support, assist and resolve queries with client accounts using RX Works Practice Management Software & Insurance knowledge
  • Assist with client finance applications
  • Check client accounts for completeness at discharge and during claim processing
  • Other ad hocaccounting tasks

Previous experience of the following would be useful, but training will be given

  • Insurance processes
  • Veterinary practice experience
  • RX Works Practice Management system
  • Working within a small team

This is a part time position involving 24 hours a week, working flexibly within business hours. Days and hours to be agreed.

Salary dependent on qualifications and experience.
