Small Animal Internal Medicine Residency – commencing July 2017
We are seeking a colleague to join our ECVIM-CA Residency-training Programme in July 2017. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing 4 residents and receive direct training and supervision from 5 RCVS/ECVIM-CA Recognised Specialists in Internal Medicine. The Residency Programme will be for a period of 3-4 years depending on progress (reviewed after 6 months and then annually) and is formally approved by the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ECVIM-CA), the intention being that the Resident will sit the ECVIM-CA Diploma examinations at the end of their training period.
Applicants must be either a Member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, or hold a veterinary degree qualifying them for membership. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years’ relevant post graduate veterinary clinical experience, have completed a rotating Internship programme and hold a UK valid current driving licence.
