About
Andy graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2021, having previously completed a degree in Biomedical Science at the University of Surrey. Since graduating, Andy worked for 5 years in busy primary care hospital and branch settings where he developed a keen interest in Ophthalmology and Surgery.
In May 2024, Andy commenced a Postgraduate Certificate in Small Animal Ophthalmology with the British Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA) and is due to submit his final case logs in February 2027. Through deepening his knowledge in this area, he elected to pursue this interest in a referral setting and joined DWR as a Disciple Specific Intern in Ophthalmology in June 2026. He hopes to undertake a residency in Ophthalmology in the future.
