As a referral centre, we are not able to take referrals directly from pet owners, you will need to be referred through your local veterinary practice. Once referred by your vet, one of our Client Care Team will contact you to book your first consultation.
Your vet will then provide us with all your pet's medical history, laboratory tests, radiographs, referral letter and any other relevant information.
If your pet stays with us as an inpatient, you will be allocated a Case Manager who will be your direct contact, follow your pet's journey and keep you updated on their progress, as well as helping you with any queries on their condition or your insurance etc. To get your Case Manager's direct line number please click here.
Our normal opening hours are 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday for routine referrals and appointments. Emergencies appointments are available outside of these hours if we have the space and resources to provide safe and effective care, and emergency fees do apply.
After investigations and treatment are complete, our clinicians will work alongside your local vet to help manage the long-term care of your pet.
