Nearly 60 vets gathered on a drizzly November day to attend our face to-face full-day Ophthalmology CPD event at the prestigious British Racing School in Newmarket to enjoy informative and stimulating lectures.
The day covered a range of current diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to ophthalmology cases commonly seen in practice. The delegates also got the opportunity to ask questions of the specialists and residents for advice on current cases.
The feedback from the delegates was overwhelmingly positive exceeding their expectations, finding the sessions brilliant and engaging, full of practical and very useful information with good revision tips plus new useful information, including a good reminder about how systemic diseases can affect the eyes.
They found that the cases discussed were relevant and practical with the majority feeding back that they found the length and content of the talks Just right. Two delegates finished by saying “A really wonderful day thank you! Please do more!” And “Thank you for a very informative day – great value for money.”
