Our impressive new building receives its first clients

At the end of the first busy week of our new building opening, the clients and their precious pets who walked through the doors were the first to enjoy the spacious waiting areas, comfy seats and brand-new consult rooms.

Clients are now met by a concierge style first-class greeting by our Client Care team. Then together they are taken to one of our new consultation rooms by a clinician. If their pet needs to be admitted into the hospital, they are safely taken to the new patient hub area where they are met by our workflow and nursing teams who coordinate any investigations and procedures required during their stay with us. They are then settled into one of our wards.

Our clients have been impressed with their new surroundings passing on positive feedback. One client said “The reception team members greeting clients as soon as they walked in were very efficient, friendly and polite, and it made the whole process really smooth in terms of booking in.”

This £15 million expansion is to ensure we can accommodate all of the pets that come in to see us by tripling the number of consulting rooms including having dedicated cat consult rooms and separate dog and cat waiting areas and wards.

Over the next few weeks further areas of our brand-new hospital building will be opening, so watch this space as we share more about our incredible new diagnostic suites, well-equipped intensive care unit and expansive employee areas.

Here are some photos of the first clients through the door on Monday morning!
