Mireira graduated from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2015. Shortly afterwards, she completed a one-year rotating Internship in a referral hospital in Barcelona where she developed a particular interest in the Internal Medicine field. After 2 years of working as part of the Internal Medicine Team in a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital in Barcelona, Mireia decided to move to the UK with the aim of strengthening her knowledge and specialising in this field. She joined DWR as an Intern in 2019, and once completed started her residency in Internal Medicine.
