Ico graduated from the University Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in 2014 and then after a year did a rotating internship at a referral hospital in Valencia sur. A year later she then did a specific Internal Medicine Internship. After that she worked as part of the medicine team until 2020 where she moved to UK to complete a rotating internship at DWR. In September 2021 she worked in a first opinion practice until she returned to DWR as a Resident in Internal Medicine in 2022. Internal Medicine is still her main area of professional interest and outside of work she loves outdoor sport.
