About
Kate graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2005. After 2 years in clinical practice, she undertook a PhD in immunopharmacology at the University of Cambridge followed by an internship in clinical pathology at the University of Bristol and a residency in clinical pathology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA. Kate is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists and has worked for several diagnostic laboratories, most recently as Head of Clinical Pathology at the Animal Health Trust prior to joining DWR in 2020. Her clinical interests include infectious diseases, immunology, cytology, and method validation.
